Driving all around as a teenager in a beat-up '84 Chevy Sprint back in the early 90s there was a lot of Van Halen being played, a lot of Yngwie, a lot of Vai...but honestly the constant presence that I remember *and feel* most was that clear Confessions cassette.
I've got this on CD in my car. Damn. I love the songs and the booklet is a detailed, fold out beauty. I love all the special guests and the band was so killer!!! An adorable picture of you on the cover too Dweezil.
Confessions is one of the MOST important records of my youth. I just rediscovered it and it’s still as good as it was. I have new levels of appreciation for it.
