I used Tide detergent while washing the shirt. I used cold water during the washing process. Then I folding the shirt and noticed that all ink-based printing was no longer on the shirt. I do not know how this happened. I sent pictures of the shirt to the e-mail that Megan provided to me.

Hi Michael,
Upon hearing your feedback we have done our own extensive wash testing with the Muffin Man shirt and have very good results. The printing process does not use decals it is all ink-based printing. Can you please send us some photos of the shirt in its current condition and explain which detergents you have used while washing so that we can better understand what may have happened?
