    I-PASS Illinois Toll Dispute Confusion

    Got a toll violation notice from I-PASS Illinois even though my transponder was in the car and my account had enough funds. I’m not sure if it didn’t scan correctly or if something else went wrong. What’s the best way to resolve something like this without extra fees?
